Perched on a hill overlooking the Hencote vineyard and with commanding views of the Shrewsbury skyline, our vineyard glamping village offers you the opportunity for ultimate relaxation and comfort. With two styles of lodges catering to couples and families, all our lodges take glamping to the next level.
SITUATED ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF HISTORIC SHREWSBURY
Hencote Vineyard Glamping Village is situated a short, 2 miles from the centre of historic town Shrewsbury. With our accessible location and easy connections to the county, we are perfectly situated for visits to touristic sites of Ironbridge and Ludlow.
For nature lovers we are located a short drive from the Shropshire HIlls AONB, which includes popular walks such as the Wrekin and the Long Mynd, and historic sites such as Stokesay Castle and Offa’s Dyke.
THE LODGES
Our Luxury and Superior Lodges, all include a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath plus underfloor heating.
Each lodge is equipped with a kitchenette complete with toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. The lodges each have their own wood-fired hot tub and boosts of panoramic views of the Shropshire hills.
Bed linen, kitchen utensils and crockery are included as well as tea, sugar and coffee.
THE SUPERIOR LODGE
Sleeps 2 adults and up to 4 children – Perfect for young families, our Luxury Lodges include a sleeping hideaway in the living space for the little ones.
THE LUXURY LODGE
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children – The perfect setting for a couple to spend a romantic getaway or a relaxed break with the family.
PRICING
Mid-week Pricing starts from – £185.00 per night (3 nights minimum stay)
Available for bookings from 15th March for stays of 3 nights.
Mid-week breaks are available for check-in from 4pm Tuesday through to check-out 11am Friday.
Long Weekend breaks are available from check-in from 4pm Friday through to check-out 2pm Monday.

Why not immerse yourself in the vineyard experience. Taste Award-Winning English Wine, indulge in culinary excellence at the View, and recline in your private wood-fired hot tub.
We offer additional packages to add onto your break away, whether a wine tour and tasting experience or simply taking the stress out of cooking by upgrading your stay with our dining package, this includes a complimentary breakfast service each morning of your stay plus a dining experience in our restaurant (The View) for you and the family.
