Fair Farm Hideaway is a luxury adult only glamping site consisting of 10 Shepherd huts nestled by lakes in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, offering an exclusive away from it all experience. The Hideaway is peacefully situated on our own family farm with each hut has everything you will need for your stay. 8 of our handcrafted shepherd huts benefit from their own private wood fired hot tub.
All Shepherd huts have a well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with pods and so much more. Sumptuous bedding is provided for that feel of luxury and there are en-suite facilities in all Shepherd huts, with fluffy towels and linen provided. The Shepherd huts have thermostatically controlled heating to keep them comfortable all year round, some have a log burner to keep you cosy in the cooler months.
In the summer evenings enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda as you watch the wildlife or barbecue on your own patio area. Wood-fired hot tubs are available with some of the Shepherd huts.

THE LOCAL AREA
The Hideaway is located on the edge of the village of Waltham on the Wolds in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir with Belvoir Castle a short drive away. Amenities in the village include a deli, post office and pub, all within a 15 minute walking distance.
Fair Farm Hideaway is situated close to the market town of Melton Mowbray, the rural capital of food, famous for the Melton Mowbray Pork pie from ‘Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe’. Delicious local cheeses can be found in the town from The Melton Cheeseboard, containing the largest selection of cheese in the county. There are a variety of food markets available throughout the year at Melton Mowbray Cattle Market.
