Glamping Kent with wood fired Hot Tub
Hedgehog Hall Pod with wood fired hot tub is an ingeniously designed glamping accommodation, located on our small organic farm in Challock, Kent in the heart of the Downs, an Area of Outstanding natural beauty and close to the county’s beaches, castles and attractions. Hedgehog Hall sleeping up to 2 adults and 2 children, is a joyful fusion of Nordic style, rustic country living and completely unique creativity. The beautifully carved doors unfold to reveal a space of pale wood and soft-toned fabrics lit up by the curved triangular window and warmed by the tall flue of the wood-burner.
With space moving seamlessly from day to night, with the double bed across the end converting effortlessly into a table, the pod itself is just the centre of your private wilderness home.
You’ll be Glamping in peace and quiet and a great central location to explore Kent. There are many excellent pubs and restaurants nearby and we are in walking distance of our village shops and pub. With Kent’s main attractions no more than 30 minutes away by car, you can also reach Central London from nearby Ashford in under 40 minutes..
HOT TUB
Sit and soak with a glass of wine by the the wood-fired hot tub next to the pod! The Hot tub is heated by an attached wood burning stove and back boiler and a generous supply of firewood is provided, extra is available with additional payment.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN
To make cooking more practical there is an outdoor kitchen provided next to your Pod.
We also provide a metal fire pit with griddle.
FACILITIES
Stroll across the grass to the camp kitchen a few steps away, even wander down the short track to the compost loo and outdoor shower all without leaving the privacy of your space among the trees.
WiFi
There is no wifi at the Pod, but there is wifi available in the communal Games room area next to ROSE SHEPHERDS HUT (also available on our farm see here)
